Shipping Time:
We process your order within 24 hours on business days.
Transit Time:
Delivery time is typically 1-2 business days after your order has been shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as transportation issues or weather conditions. Please contact us if you have not received your order within the expected time.
How long will my order take to arrive.
Orders are packed and dispatched on the next working day if payment has been received by latest 3PM (GMT+1).
Scandanavia (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland)
Orders will take 1-2 working days for delivery.
EU & UK
Orders will take 1-4 working days for delivery.
United Arab Emirates
Orders will take 3-8 working day for delivery.
Rest of the world
Order will take 4-10 working days, subject to customs clearance.
What are your delivery charges?
Our standard tracked charge of $10 covers packing and postage to UK, EU & UAE addresses if the products ordered are 'small' (less than 2kg).
Orders over $100.00 qualify for free standard delivery in the UK, EU & UAE. All delivery charges will be shown at checkout, before and after confirmation of your order. (All prices include VAT at current ruling rate.)
When do you deliver?
Standard delivery is by courier, within 2-3 working days of your order, with delivery between 8am and 6pm. If any products you've requested aren't in stock, we'll email you to let you know.

Shipping costs will be displayed at the checkout, if the country you're ordering from does not appear, please email us at contact@natureofhoney.com with the items you would like to order, we will then provide you with a manual quotation.
What if I'm not in when you deliver?
Deliveries are usually made on Mondays to Fridays, between 8am and 6pm. After three failed delivery attempts (might not be the case) your items will be returned to our warehouse.
What if only part of my order has arrived?
If there are any items missing from the order (as detailed in your order confirmation email), please contact customer services at contact@natureofhoney.com and we will be more than happy to help.
